How is it already November and how are there only 52 days until Christmas…? When I realised this I decided to get planning a celebratory Christmas meal with my friends. You know what it’s like, as soon as December hits diaries get booked up with Christmas parties so I needed to get in there quick!

Instead of going to the same old place I thought “why not do something a little bit more special” that’s where my pop-up restaurant research came in. I found a few tasty sounding pop-up food events happening in Brighton in November and thought I’d share them with you. If like me you’re on the hunt for a new spot to celebrate festivities, try out one of these cool food joints bookable via Tabl.com.

AUTUMNAL GRAZING with That Chef Bloke

FOOD: The Head Chef of both one and two rosette kitchens and Michelin Bib Groumand awarded dining pubs, is offering a six-course autumnal themed grazing menu which he will have spent days, sometimes weeks in the making.

CUBAN COCKTAILS AND FORGOTTEN CUTS with Ellie.L

LOCATION: Off the seafront in Hove actually

FOOD: Forgotten Cuts, the street food and pop-up specialist is teaming up with mixologists to conjure up an evening of authentic Cuban cuisine. Dishes will include slow roasted cuts and citrus spiced grilled vegetables, alongside an exciting showcase of Cuban cocktails.

SENSATIONAL SOCIAL DINING with Dine @39

PRICE: £33pp
FOOD: Dine@39’s last supper club for 2015, with an Indian inspired menu, filled with locally sourced ingredients. The price includes three courses, plus a cocktail and canapés upon arrival. The host has over 20 years’ professional experience, working in prestigious restaurants, with some world-renowned chefs.
